childbirth education

$550 group / $650 individual classes
  • classes based on the Lamaze Healthy Birth Practices
  • comprehensive, up-to-date, evidence-based course
  • group classes are held over 3 x 4 hour sessions (12 hours total) / maximum 8 participants

doula service

  • 2 prenatal meetings covering birthing basics
  • assistance in developing your individual birth preferences and plan
  • phone and email support as needed
  • on call for 2 weeks either side of your due date
  • continuous labour and birth support
  • post-natal visit within 7 days after birth

about me

I am a doula and birth educator working between Sydney and the Northern Rivers. I am passionate about supporting people during their pregnancy, birth and beyond. I strongly believe in supporting your informed choices without judgement or bias.

I am here to support and empower you and your birthing partner as you prepare for this amazing adventure. Through talking, listening, supporting and teaching I will help you to understand what your body is capable of and help you to navigate your way through your options so you can make the best decision for you and your baby.

You know what’s best for your body and with the right support and some preparation you can feel more empowered to navigate your way through pregnancy land, birthworld and nappy valley!
